Refuge Place: is a clinic run by Liberian Mosoka Fallah who is a trained epidemiologist. There are 15 community health staff on call serving 2000-3000 people at a time. With his knowledge and expertise, there were no Ebola breakouts in this region. During the Ebola crises everyone was treated for free.
